Then there are others who are good people that lack experience in the dog business and simply find themselves with an unhappy customer because of a lack of communication between both parties. The fact is these people share is the responsibility for the problems they find themselves in. This article will be a place where I post emails concerning incidences where people say they were either cheated or were sold a dog that turned out to be something other than what they were told. I will also post emails where there seems to be a serious miscommunication between the importer or breeder and the customer. The first post is a good example of this.
